EMS Client on Your Mac

Unfortunately, the EMS Client is a windows only application. To install EMS, you need to run Windows using Amazon Workspaces (which can run in a web browser). To access to Windows via Amazon Workspaces, you need to:

1. Submit a ticket to IS asking for access to Amazon Workspaces. They will provide you with a registration code.
2. Visit the Amazon Workspaces website and enter your registration code when prompted.
3. Log in to Windows with your username (not your email address) and password.
4. You can now install the EMS Client.

There is also an (optional) native Amazon Workspaces Mac Client you can install. For more information, please refer to the IS Amazon Workspaces Page. Please note, we have submitted a ticket to the vendor requesting they create a native Mac client (but they have no plans to do so at this time).
